Koobara and the local community commemorate the lives lost since invasion on the 26th January, 1788. March through the main street of Zillmere down to the kindy grounds, then hear stories from local Elders and community leaders. A day to be together, remember and heal.
8am Assemble at Kurbingui shopfront, 425 Zillmere Rd, Zillmere, for welcome.
9am March down Handford Road to the grounds of Koobara.
10am Arrive at Koobara Kindergarten, 421 Beams Rd, Taigum, for performances, stories and family fun.
