Our Kindergarten/Pre-Prep is open to children of 3-5 years of age, from 8:25am to 2:35pm.
Unless they are travelling in by Kindy Bus, children are to be dropped off at kindy at 8:25am and picked up by 2:35pm. On special occasions, alternative arrangements can be made.
Child-free preparation time is from 8:00am to 8:25am and 2:35pm to 3:00pm. Staff times are 8:00am to 3:30pm, with preparation time being mentioned above.
The centre operates on the same days as the school year. This means Koobara is closed over school holidays, public holidays and Student Free Days. We are open 5 days a week and operate two 5-day fortnight groups.
The week is split into 2 groups:
- Monday, Tuesday and every second Wednesday
- Every other Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Group sizes are 22 children in each group
Our Kindergarten offer a daily bus service. PLEASE NOTE: THE USE OF THE BUS IS ONLY OFFERED TO FAMILIES WITHOUR TRANSPORT and WHO LIVE IN THE CATCHMENT.
